We are a family run property business.  We and a number of cash buyers are looking to help those who have no choice, but to sell.  Our offer is based on the value of your property and not your situation.

Our approach

Is honest and to the point.  You already know what we are going to offer.  Once you have accepted our offer we will instruct a bank valuation and provided the valuation comes in at what we anticipated we or one of our associates will buy your home.  If it comes in higher we will increase our offer.

Do you need us?

You need to be aware that we only offer you below the current market value of your property. This can vary from 60% to 75% of its currant value. This suits some sellers as they need to sell quickly and there are no cost associated with selling through us.

If you want the full market value for your property and have time on your side then this service is not for you and you should speak to your local estate agent with regards to selling your property.
