6. When you accept an offer the solicitor and valuations are instructed.

7. Valuation takes place within 2 - 3 days.

8. If the valuation comes in higher than anticipated we will increase our offer.

9. After valuation solicitors are instructed.

10. We will assist you through the sale process and communicate regularly with you on the progress.

11. Your property will exchange and complete within the agreed time frame.
